Commercial moves are about minimizing downtime. Most offices across Hall County and the metro Atlanta area want the move done Friday night through Sunday so they're back online Monday morning. We'll walk the space ahead of time, label every desk and workstation, photograph IT setups, and coordinate with your tech vendor if you need servers or phone systems disconnected and reconnected.
Modular office furniture — cubicles, panel systems, conference tables — gets disassembled, labeled, and reassembled at the new location. We bring the tools and hardware organizers to keep track of screws and brackets so nothing goes missing. For retail moves, we can pack inventory or just move shelving and fixtures if you're handling the stock separately. Restaurants and medical offices often have specialized equipment like walk-in coolers, exam tables, or dental chairs that we can move, though some items require a licensed technician to disconnect and reconnect utilities.
“Most offices want the move done Friday night through Sunday so they're back online Monday morning. We'll walk the space ahead of time, label every desk, and photograph IT setups so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.”
We also handle warehouse and storage facility moves — pallet jacks, forklifts if needed, and coordination with loading docks. If you're moving between multi-tenant buildings, we confirm dock reservations and freight elevator access ahead of time. Some commercial buildings in the metro Atlanta area require a certificate of insurance naming the property as an additional insured; we provide that as part of the booking.
Pricing is usually a flat-rate bid based on the scope, not hourly, because the timeline is fixed and the client needs a firm number for budgeting. We include after-hours and weekend labor in the quote. For phased moves — say you're consolidating three locations into one over a two-month period — we build a schedule and bill per phase.
We've moved law offices, medical practices, retail storefronts, gyms, and small manufacturing facilities. If you're expanding, downsizing, or relocating to a new building, we'll handle the logistics so you can focus on running the business.
